My last entry before sending it off to Emily...

Well, it's been an exciting three years since doing the first episode of All Access and even though I had my moments where things were not gonna work I wouldn't change it any other way. To all the cast members past and present, you guys were the reason why I did this show. If it weren't for you I would not be inspired to become a reporter. But there were some of you that were skeptical about being on the show so I just want to say, If I have offended you I am sorry. Finally, to my crew past and present thank you for supporting me over the years. Together we have made a great establishment here at JOENAVY Productions and we will keep working together as long as we do what we do best. And that is make great videos for youtube. So Happy New Year everyone and as I sign off here this morning I just want to say, it's been fun. Oh and a heads up, if you are going to be at a wedding and the DJ's name is Randy Ridderhoff, I'll probably be working along side with him. Thank you so much!

So we now have two 15 min episodes to feature to you guys featuring the best of the best of the show from the best answers, best cast, and best moments of the season and series as we wind down to the series finale on New Years Day. So you'll be looking forward to that. If all goes well we will have such a Christmas upon us and Happy New Year for all. So keep in touch.

Production Notes

Well production is canceled for the three part look back at the decade. My plan to fix this is a special New Years Day Special asking the cast what they are looking forward to in the new year. Hope this works.

Editing Room: Harry Potter & Tron Specials...and a change in places

Well finally back in the editing room putting together the 2 movie specials. The first one premiering in a week from now. The other premiering next month. So hopefully I get more viewers as we wind down to the final episodes of the series. Earlier today, I talked with my fellow production manager Emily Ostgarrd and she wanted to do some kind of All Access show. So I asked her, "do you want to be the new host of All Access?" She said, "yeah." So we might have some one new taking over the show. Who knows?

Production Update 2: Harry Potter & Tron

Well production is going pretty well. Total of 3 people so far on the show. Got more coming as the time is winding down to the finale which I have decided will premiere New Years Eve and Day. But production for the big look back at the decade episode will not start till around next month so we still have to look forward to that. But in the mean time still have to film for both movie specials. Hope all goes well as we try to close this down.

Prodction Update 1: Harry Potter & Tron Legacy Specials

Production has already begun for two separate episodes. One episode premiering the middle of next month is the Harry Potter episode where we ask the cast what their favorite Harry Potter book is. The second is a Tron Legacy Episode which will premiere mid December leading into the 3 part look back at the decade and the series finale. The objective for the Tron episode is to ask the cast a series of questions that will determine their Tron Program name. So that's all from the Production department. Hopefully this rest of the season will go well. We'll see.

A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM JOACHIM JOCSON

Hello everyone,

It has has been a great three years doing this show but there is a time for everything. As of today, by the end of this year Joachim's All Access will be canceled after this season. There are a number of various reason for this decision. They are as follows:

1. Not enough casting

2. School

3. Support

4. Preparing for job placement

I know it was a tough decision but I really want to finish this up on a good note. We do have the 100th episode to look forward to so you can wait for that. But all in all I want to make sure I have room to take care of other things. Does this mean I am leaving JOENAVY Productions? No, actually the production team will still go on under my command. There will just be one less show to manage on my plate. But some how somewhere in my brain a new show will come that I will do or maybe I could give the local news on JOENAVY. Of course that has yet to be determined. All in all, thank you though for making this show what it has become. Also thank you for your generous support over the years of doing this. Hopefully this would help as a great resume for the ABC or NBC affiliates. So again thank you so much for everything.

Editing Room: Countdown to 100

After looking back at 3 years of this show and 3 seasons, it has come to my attention that I have witnessed so much with a show like this. I have so many people to thank for making this a reality. But most important I would like to thank you, the reader of this blog as well as the fans, and the cast including crew. Because without you I would not be doing something like this in my lifetime.

Editing Room: Disaster Averted/Best Of All Access/Transformers 3 Slideshow 2

Okay so you know that issue I had with the fact we might be one episode short. Well we are actually on schedule because the Best Cast Members Episode will be in two parts considering we had a long cast list. So disaster has been averted. The Transformers 3 slideshow has been a lot of fun putting together and will be finished by tonight, hopefully. Part 2 of the Best of All Access will be put together this weekend then I'll be working on part 3. All in all busy busy busy.

Editing Room: Transformers 3 Chicago

I am almost finished with part 2 which will feature music from both Movies 1 and 2. I gotta say this has got to be the most fun I had putting together this 2 part slideshow and be in the middle of all the action. Michael Bay, please come back to Chicago to film again. It was good fun beginning to end.

Transformers 3 Set...Holy C***

Wow, who knew that Chicago would be featured in one of my favorite movies of all time. Saw a few of the cast which include Patrick Dempsey and Shia Labeauf. They were doing a scene where they were getting on top of some rubble. You can see more of my photos in part 2 of the Transformers slideshow special premiering next week. Thanks to Michael Bay and the cast for coming to Chicago.

One other thing for the countdown...a montage of sorts for the 99th episode.

Okay I had to recount the episode listings...I found out I am one episode short of 100. So here are one of three things that could happen for episode 99.

1. Episode 95 could be an on location for my last vacation this summer where ever it happens to be.

2. Episode 99 could be a video montage of the series from beginning to end.

3. The same thing for episode 95 just put it as the 99th episode.

So that's where everything stands. What ever happens after that? God only knows. Oh help me.

Editing Room: Best of All Access/Transformers 3 Slideshow

Well I have been working for a few days, I just finished part one of both the Best Of All Access and Transformers 3 Slideshow episodes. In episode 1 of the Best Of All Access episode, we show the best questions from the series thus far and for sure we had some good questions. For episode 1 of the Transformers 3 Slideshow I have photos from the first weekends of filming in Chicago. Hopefully part 2 will show this weekend and the final weekend. Now I've been planning out the 100th episode filming and production begins in 2 weeks after the post productions for these next 5 episodes. Let the mayhem begin.

Autobots Vs. Decepticons in Chicago...the makings of a new episode

So I'm sure many of you heard of the new Transformers being filmed in Chicago the past few weekends. I think that is brilliant considering the money we could be gaining from all of this in the end. But hey this brings up a good idea coming from the editing room. So because some people get angry at filming being posted online, I decided to get pictures from the set as well as filming. Just so we don't get in trouble. Plus I got some photos from WLS-AM and The Transfomers Blog. Don't worry I will credit them and thank them. But there will be (at least I hope) a chance to be on the set and take my own photos just to witness it all. Hopefully I can plan it all out and have it for you in a two part slideshow episode. Leading up to the 4 part look back at the entire series as well as the 100th episode. So stay tuned and hope for the best.

New episode idea to commemerate the past...

As the countdown is on to 100 episodes of All Access I came upon a an amazing revelation on a new idea for killing time this summer leaving me enough time to film for the 100th episode. The plan is to bring back some of the best moments from beginning to end.
Staring with
Episode One: Best Questions
Episode Two: Best Cast Member
Episode Three: Best Adventures
Episode Four: Bloopers (Yes Bloopers, we've been meaning to reveal those.)

Leading up to the 100th episode of the series. To think that just 2 years ago I got a camera had a little fun with a rubber dinosaur and a few friends. Now has become something else entirely. A survey/adventure show for all to watch. I hope to reunite the past cast members for this ultimate extravaganza of an episode. But this won't be the end. Oh no, this show will keep going as long as there are places to go, questions to answer, and people willing to voice their opinions. Just keep watching and you'll see.

Editing Room: On Location...DISCLOSED TILL PREMIERE

Okay let's face it, I know the tension is mounting for you. But I'm not tell you where I went to till the episode premieres. Which is sometime tonight. All I can tell you is that it's really great and I hope you enjoy it. It was a really great vacation...well sort of. I had a little trouble with my equipment here and there but let me tell you it was great. Beautiful locations, great people, and helpful service. That probably didn't help you did it? Well I hope you figure it out because it's about to premiere pretty soon.

Going On Location...Yet Again. This time...I won't tell you till the episode premieres.

Okay so with the economy being bad as it is, I usually don't go on vacations a lot. Fortunately, it's the 4th of July weekend and we get to go on a weekend trip. The question your probably asking yourself is, where? That I won't tell you until the episode premieres. Which should be late next week. Last year I took the show to Florida, New York, and D.C. What will this next episode take us? Who knows? Probably turn this into a 2 part episode. Did I mention I am 10 episodes away from making 100? Send me the questions you want to ask me please I want to make this the best 100th episode ever. That's all. See you when I get back from an undisclosed location. Okay how bout this, I tell you on my next blog? Deal or no deal?

Editing Room: "On Location" Arlington Race Course

So was in the editing room yet again this time I filmed a new episode on location. The last time I did this was for the cubs game last month. Now this time the location is a horse race park. Arlington was a beautiful park and I am glad I got to experience it. Now for VIP's I'm sure they aren't watching the races. Okay never mind they are watching it for the sake of getting money. I actually tried a couple of times to bid on a horse race...tried and failed, at least 3 times. Well got some good footage hopefully the music for this episode will also be good. Now, what to do for a next episode...God only knows. Because it is the dog days of summer, boring beyond belief. Suggestions anybody?

My review of Toy Story 3!

Well, just came back from my date and the movie theater. Obviously I had to see, Toy Story 3 because I just did an episode on it for the show. So here's what I said from flixster.com. 15 years ago the 1st Toy Story came to theaters. Now 15 years later, it returns with a lot of things changing. I already knew going in that this would be the saddest Toy Story movie ever. But one thing was proven, that Disney/Pixar has done it again. Probably the finest performance ever by the people of Disney Pixar. 5 stars. So there you go, please go see this movie and watch my show now!!!

Editing Room: Favorite Toy Story Episode

06.15.10

After about several months of planning, a few months of filming, I am back in the editing room (A.K.A. My house) to finish up the upcoming episode of Joachim's All Access. In this episode I ask the cast who their favorite Toy Story Character is. I had a few interesting answers and 3 most common answers. They were Hamm (The Piggy Bank), Rex ( The Dinosaur), and most popular was Jessie (The Cowgirl)...No Surprise. So I should be done with the episode by tomorrow night. So three new episodes within 2 weeks. It's been fun and has been a great season so far, and we are just getting started. So stay tuned!
